If you build it, they will come
Welcome to the season of buidling! It’s been established now that the bear market is here to stay and we all are bracing for yet another crypto winter.
But it’s important to keep in mind, bull markets are created by those who build during the bear market. It’s the time to put in our hard work so that we can reap the benefits in the next bull run. The bear market of 2013-2015 gave rise to Ethereum as we know and use today, similarly, the crypto winter of 2018-2020 gave rise to the glorious DeFi Summer.
So, let’s keep our heads down and buidl. If you’re wondering what we are building, check out https://obvious.technology/

📡 NFT Radar: Stay on top of your NFT projects
Staying on top of your NFT projects turning out to be a nightmare lurking on multiple Discord servers, Telegram channels, and Twitter accounts? Well, not anymore.
Check out the Radar app, built by twitter users Lalley and Matt Etre, to help you keep an eye on your favourite NFT project. Plus, it's completely free (it is a bear market, after all).
🌿 Lens Protocol: The dawn of web3 social media
TL;DR
Lens Protocol is a composable and decentralized social graph, ready for you to build on so you can focus on creating a great experience, not scaling your users.
Confused, right?
Well, let’s take it one step at a time. Looking at the current state of social media platforms, all of them are centralized services that have a total control over user data, prone to censorship, and might deplatform users on any arbitrary grounds. So how do we fix it?
Well, there comes the Lens Protocol.
🚶Delphi Digital’s Hitchhiker's guide to Ethereum
Last week Delphi Digital released a comprehensive report to give you a broad yet nuanced understanding of Ethereum’s ambitious roadmap. The report’s key takeaway are:
Ethereum is the only major protocol building a scalable unified settlement and data availability layer
Rollups scale computation while leveraging Ethereum’s security
All roads lead to the endgame of centralized block production, decentralized, trustless block validation, and censorship resistance
Innovations such as proposer-builder separation and weak statelessness unlock this separation of powers (building and validating) to achieve scalability without sacrificing security or decentralization
MEV is now front and center – numerous designs are planned to mitigate its harm and prevent its centralizing tendencies
Danksharding combines multiple avenues of cutting edge research to provide the scalable base layer required for Ethereum’s rollup-centric roadmap
Expect danksharding to be implemented within our lifetime
You can read the full report following this link, or check out this Twitter thread by Ben Rodriguez (Senior Protocol Specialist at Coinbase), in which he tries to distill it down to a 15 minutes read.

❤️ W̶e̶b̶3̶ Dating Alpha: Tell your crush you like them with zero-knowledge
So you thought we nerds are only interested in building web3 products and making money? Well, nerds want to date too, in their own weird way. And what could be the better utility of zero-knowledge proofs other than dating?
Presenting zk-Crush ❤️
One might ask, how does it work?
Well, click on the website zk-Crush and enter the name of your crush, it will hash it with the sha256 function and generate a unique link that you can share publicly. People can enter their names into this unique link to generate the hash of their name.
If the generated hash matches, they'll be notified you are their crush, if not, they will be told they're not and no other info is revealed. Note we do not store any info, this app is entirely client-side.
Cool or creepy? You decide!
📖 Great read: In it for the Tech
Including the great read for this week - In it for the tech by NoSleepJon.
In this article, NoSleepJon lays out a list of thought-provoking and innovative products that deserve more attention in this noisy bear market.

🔎 MEV Explorer: The easiest way to start discovering MEV on the blockchain
MEV Explorer works as a frontend for "mev-inspect-js", so it has support for arbitrage and liquidations across Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum.
Among other things, it's great for exploring arbs with Balancer V2 internal arbs, which are "invisible" on Etherscan and not catched by Flashbots' explorer.
You can click "try random example" to see the demo. For more examples, check here
Furthermore, the code is open-source, and you can check out the Github repo
