SBF arrested by Bahamian Authorities
According to a statement from the Attorney General of the Bahamas Sen, Sam Bankman-Fried has been arrested following receipt of formal notification from the United States regarding criminal charges being filed against SBF and a request for his extradition.
FTX-hosted NFTs breaks
After FTX declared bankruptcy, the entire FTX.us domain was redirected to a page providing information on the bankruptcy proceedings.
However, NFTs that had been minted on the FTX platform relied on metadata from an API at that domain, meaning that the NFTs are now pointing to broken links. Owners of these NFTs can still see that the NFT exists, but images no longer work—even when viewing the NFTs in their own wallets or when listing them for sale on other platforms.
Telegram to allow no-sim accounts via anon-blockchain-numbers
Messaging app Telegram has rolled out a new update enabling users to create accounts using blockchain-based anonymous numbers instead of cell phone numbers.
To use the feature, users will need to purchase “blockchain-powered anonymous numbers” from Fragment, a decentralized auction platform founded by Telegram creator Pavel Durov.
Terra Station gets rebranded to Station, announces support for Cosmos app-chains
As part of the integration between Terra and Cosmos chains, Terra Station is getting a major rework. This is set to be released for the desktop version on December 15th. No dates for the mobile app update have been released yet.
Current features such as wallet balance, history, staking, and governance will be supported for the interchain, more on what the Station can do here.
